Rhonda Delmater, PMP, recently implemented a Data Governance Program for a global leader in Contact Center BPO that applied team process improvement techniques to achieve significant data quality improvement results.
She is currently assisting clients with their DG implementations. Her career has spanned a range of internally and customer-focused IT positions. While at employee-owned Computer Science Innovations, she led development of unique analytic software intellectual property by securing internal and external funding; and managing release and development schedules and resources.
Ms. Delmater’s expertise includes data and process modeling, systems analysis, and program management. She taught Database Design and Systems Design courses for Rollins College. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Industrial Management and her Master of Business Administration degrees from the University of Akron; and holds the Project Management Professional certification from PMI.
