The explosion of data and information available today has the potential to fuel unprecedented levels of business intelligence. This explosion, known as Big Data, is information collected across business units and from the web, including everything from operations and productivity data, to sales statistics or customer buying habits.

Turning Big Data into knowledge and actionable intelligence requires technology able to structure unstructured information, understanding content and context. Semantic technology smoothly integrates and creates value from business data often ignored in unstructured text, enabling filtering and identifying connections and patterns in data.
