Cubio Communications Ltd and Profium Oy are releasing a service product that combines location based commercial data and environmental alerts, enables access to location based social media as well as escalation to context-aware service desks. All these features combined, the new service framework generates intelligent service experiences. Users enjoy a service that is able to solve problems both reactively and proactively – that is, even before they appear. It enables relevant, profile and role driven proactive information to be pushed to the Users’ attention.

The service is driven by User preferences, rather than advertising. The service is funded with user fees. Cubio and Profium trust that the perceived value of tailored and relevant information offered meets or exceeds User expectations, Users are willing to allow direct time and value based invoicing for accessing and using the service.

Consumption of information offered is made very simple, without heavy visual layout. Accessing the service - via web or mobile - will be made very simple and real-time experience for the User. As the User is able to define his/her own expectations for chargeable information, they know that any information pushed to them will be valuable.
