The Linked Life Data (LLD) platform from Ontotext offers a novel service that allows companies to easily integrate dozens of public biomedical data sources into internal research and data analysis processes. Using LLD you will be able to fully outsource the cost of hosting, integrating and maintaining very big RDF repositories. Ontotext's Life Sciences team provides additional professional services for data modelling, database optimization, and complex information extraction that requires specific biological expertise.\nThe public service of Linked Life Data offers open access to few billions of RDF triples integrated from more than 25 sources. Each month it serves between 50 and 120 thousand SPARQL queries, peaks over 1.2 million linked data resource requests that generate few gigabytes of network traffic.\nThis presentation will walk you through the Ontotext infrastructure to support Linked Life Data solutions and several case studies how this service is used.
